Binding Restriction Due to Covid 19

Dear Brokers and Staff,

Due to COVID-19, GUARD cuts off New York in the systems, the GUARD Underwriters need to review the binding requests.

Please do not bind the GUARD coverage without first getting our confirmation from the Company.

Any binding requests are subject to Company review.

Please send in your binding requests at least 3-5 days before the effective date.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND IN BINDING REQUESTS WITHOUT first GETTING COMPANY REVIEW and final approval.

Please email us with your tentative binding effective date first, allow at least 3-5 days, so that we can refer to Company to review.
