Please check with your Purchasers or Mortgage bankers to verify the scheduled closing date.

We need the closing date in order to refer to GUARD for underwriting approval.

Please let us know the scheduled closing date at least 3 days before the closing so that we can refer to get the approval or rejection.

Please do not wait until the closing date or even after closing to bind the proposal, the proposal might be rejected by GUARD depends on its location.
